It is sad to hear that this will be the final game and the series is retiring, someone needs to step up to the plate because I crave a good baseball game for the PC. Endgame (7): Not a whole lot more content from previous titles, but 2K12 still offers trading, drafting, and adjusting rosters, so if you enjoy building your own team this game is worth a shot. The AI is slightly improved as well but still nowhere near where it should be. The mechanics do seriously lack though in comparison with The Show, fielding at times is unresponsive and pitching gets tedious after a while. Gameplay (6): Pitchers have a new throwing system and hitting has new variations with more realism. This is a issue I've had with every 2K12 title. Processor: Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz / AMD Athlon XP 2600+.

Sound (5): The game sounds decent in surround but the commentators seriously lack variety after a while. Major League Baseball (MLB) 2K12 Game, PC download, full version game, full pc game, for PC. Tonight I felt like a game of baseball and I didnt really want to mess with OOTP and I wasnt even sure MLB 2k12 would even run on my Win 10 machine. The crowd is pretty detailed but limited in textures. MLB 2K12 What a Trip I bought this game way back in 2012 or 13 and as you can see I didnt play it much. Graphics (6): Although 2K12 has improved lighting and graphics from previous titles, some animations are lacking and not nearly as smooth as they should be. Presentation (8): The franchise mode has tons of options as usual and season mode is also more flexible. Although it's definitely not on par with MLB the Show, I do not think 2K12 is a terrible game.

Yes, 2K Sports set the foundation for better titles, and as always was willing to push the boundaries of sports games, but it made its greatest feature obsolete in a couple of months.Since I don't own a PS3 this is my only option for a baseball game. Major League Baseball 2K12 is an improvement on the series, but it didnвЂ™t really give its direct competitors a run for their money. Seriously their performance as well as the massive amount of data, curiosities, and information delivered alone might make the game worth for aficionados for the sport. In the end, the most enjoyable part of the game was the perfect casting and commentary from Steve Phillips, Gary Thorne, and John Kruk. The licensed content, such as players, team names, uniforms, and official products that are displayed try to salvage and expand on the immersion but is just not enough. The stadium, crowd, and sound design come alive, yes, but they also suffer from the glitches that are peppered throughout the entire game. Ultimately, the game just falls short of delivering what competitors have done. Also, having what is arguably its most refreshing game mode become obsolete after the season ends, forever hurts the overall enjoyment one could extract from the game. Visuals and performances are pretty rough around the edges and there is a lot of weird glitches and interactions if you take the time to play multiple games. Major League Baseball 2K12 is not a perfect title, in fact, it still carries many of the issues that have made the previous iterations unpleasant to play. And finally, the franchise mode, where players can build a team from scratch. Season Mode Today, was a ground-breaking feature where actual events from the 2012 season would reflect, and influence what was happening inside the game, players could even take over teams having a bad season and try to turn it around.
